Hesperia 2-4 Unit Trends

Prices leveled or dropped slightly in Q4 ’23. Lower GRM’s suggest caution on the part of buyers as rents have stabilized and even softened a bit. Data for 1Q ’24 is inconclusive since only three closed sales involving 2 to 4 units were found in Hesperia. Prices for 2023 were the highest since we’ve been keeping records.
