Victorville 2-4 Unit Quarterly Trends

While Victorville 2 to 4 unit closings were up in Q3 2022, The average price per unit was down over the prior quarter. However, so far, 2022 prices paid per unit based on average unit size were the highest since we started keeping track way back in 2005. The last time average prices per unit fell of a cliff, the San Bernardino County Traditional Affordability index was at 30%. That’s about where it was in Q3 2022.
