There isn’t much going on in Victorville. We found only two sales of 2 to 4 unit properties in Q1 ’24. The sample size is too small to predict a meaningful trend.
Rent levels are level to soft. New 2024 laws impacting residential rents won’t help values to increase. Low closing numbers were noted in all three areas we track for the end of 2023 (Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville)
While these chart show general trends, they should not be used to estimate value. Call us for a complementary broker price opinion. The Victorville data set is relatively small and the correlation coefficient is most data cases in marginal.
