Having a licensed general contractor on staff along with a certified general appraiser makes them a one-stop shop for us.  We count on them for everything from initial drawings & plans, site meetings with engineers & subcontractors,  pulling permits, Meeting with appraisers & home inspectors, project supervision, getting fix & flips complete & sold, asset disposition, and even chasing down discontinued materials supervising our projects and chasing down discontinued materials to property management of stabilized assets. Their communication skills are great, they are very ‘tech literate,’ which anyone in real estate knows is less common in the real estate world than in other markets. Constant market analysis and competition updates and regular written progress reports keep us abreast of our project status and market conditions.  And, unlike so many brokers in the business; they answer the phone on weekends and after normal business hours! Top notch. If I were to enter the real estate profession, I would choose to mentor under Bill Swift. Ever the consummate professional, he is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, ethical, and organized. The greatest thing I appreciate in any business relationship is that the professional follows thru and does what they say they are going to do. We sold several properties in the high desert and he was the complete package, dealing with rehabilitation of the houses, pricing and marketing, nudging along the buying agents, estimators, title companies, etc to get their job done, and done correctly. He did the legwork and made our job easier, all while getting the best price possible. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in the high desert.

Great people they really care about their customers. You got to meet Pam very beautiful sweet lady really cares about the people she does business with. Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value: Have worked with Bill and Pam of Wiest Realty. As a team, they are terrific and individually too. We sold 2 of our rentals recently and Bill & Pam went beyond the standard level of service. Bill oversaw a crew doing some upgrades and made sure all work was done on both properties. He also went out regularly to check on the properties since they were vacant. He resolved some challenges that came up during escrow.
